We will not be accepting payments on location and will be requiring all payment to be made within the parent portal (no exceptions). We encourage all families to enroll in our Auto-Pay program. When you are signed up for the auto pay program, we will automatically run your payment on the 15th of the month for the account balance at that time (this could include tuition, costumes, etc). In addition, we will be waiving the convenience fees when enrolled in autopay.

COSTUME FEES

DUE: November 15, 2023

$80 per costume + tax | HIP HOP CLASSES: additional $65 shoe charge + tax

• boy’s costumes will be prorated depending on costume choice
• combo classes will be charged TWO costume fees and have two separate costumes
• costumes do NOT include tights

LATE / ADDITIONAL FEES

10% late fee will be added to any account not paid by the due date, and additional 10% added every 30 days after until paid.

(tuition must be paid within 15 days of the late fee being applied or the dancer will not be able to participate in classes)

REFUND POLICY

All payments paid to Madison Dance Academy, LLC are non-refundable. You may make class changes before a session begins or within the first two weeks of classes. In the event that a student becomes ill or injured and the student cannot complete a session, Madison Dance Academy, LLC will credit the student’s account for any unused tuition and the credit can be applied to future dance sessions (a medical excuse would be needed). If Madison Dance Academy, LLC cancels a dance class due to enrollment or another conflict, tuition can be transferred to another class.

CLASS WITHDRAWEL POLICY

Any class withdrawals must be emailed to info@madisondanceacademy.com and receive a confirmation of withdrawal. All withdrawals must provide a 30-day notice for payments, and there will be no refunds for services or products already paid for.
